ASSIGNMENT TITLE AND TIMELINE.

Our client for this task was the Ministry of the Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation of JUBBALAND state of Somalia. Taskbridge was awarded contract to facilitate capacity building program for the staff of Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs & Reconciliation, JUBBALAND State of Somalia. This assignment, conducted and delivered during quarter four of the year 2022, took four months to be completed including one month of virtual mentoring and on job training.

ASSIGNMENT DELIVERABLES AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Following an In-depth review of the capacity assessment report shared by the Ministry, Taskbridge embarked on developing the relevant and most applicable methodological approach, tools and programs to deliver a tailored and individually customized capacity building support for the various staff within the Ministry.  A training course, with a clear time frame, designed, assessment tools developed, and sufficient quality control put in place. The proposed training curriculum ensured conformity with the training guide from LGI’s curricula.

 

Provided Intensive in-person, interactive and learner centered training to 33 participants as per the delivery timetable and training program in the months of October and November 2022, through courses, modules, and sessions, followed by continuous virtual support that significantly facilitated expected skill transfer, application of content into the workplace, instilled skill confidence, resilience and problem solving to the participants. A parallel evaluation system, dealing with impact assessment of the capacity building program on the employees and work productivity of the participants have suggested that there was an increase in participants workplace productivity following the capacity development program.
